Know Your PD!
If you don’t already have your PD, below is a step by step guide on how to measure it. This is important since it is used to determine where you are looking through the lens. Things You’ll Need: millimeter ruler & a mirror! (oh yeah, & your eyes!)
TIP: The average adult’s PD is between 54-74 mm and kids are between 40-58mm.
Know Your Prescription!
If you are a returning customer, choose “use my last Optical Academy prescription” when placing your order. If you don’t have a prescription, you can give us your eye doctor’s information & well call for you! Otherwise, fill it out!
Know What You’re Getting!

Shop Accessories
Close your right eye then align the ruler’s 0mm with the center of your left pupil.
Look straight then close your left eye and open your right eye. The mm line that lines up to the center of your right pupil is your PD!
